My take

I think that the Designers will have to learn more and more about Business, the jargon, the Business Models, about Sustainability, etc. Our craft as come a long way the past 20 years growing along with the tech and Internet Industry, and now ALL industries need to follow the good practices of the Tech industry, where good Design and being Human-centric as shown good results.
